TERMS AND CONDITIONS FOR SMALL BREEDERS CLUB - LAUNCH FEBRUARY 2008

UNDER CONSTRUCTION

1) Membership is effective for a 12 month period

2) Membership costs are for one person only, although partners (2 people living the same address) will pay 75% of the full amount.

3) All visits to the various training centres and yard will be made by Phoenix Global Marketing. No visits to be made unattended without prior arrangement by Phoenix Global Marketing.


4) All decisions relating to the mares and foals will be made by Phoenix Global Management. All decisions will be vested in Kathy Anderson, owner of Phoenix Global Marketing.

5) Members must be 18 years or over

6) Owners badges for race days will be on a rota system. Additional badges will be available at reduced costs at most racecourses.
